ArinHealthAgent.com is owned by AKInsurance Brokerage LLC and run by Arin Donik Karabulut, a licensed Florida health insurance agent (FL license G195604, NPN 21413606). AKInsurance Brokerage LLC is not an insurance agency. Insurance is offered by Arin as an individual agent, registered with the federal Marketplace and appointed directly with the insurance companies he represents. In this policy, "we" means ArinHealthAgent.com and Arin.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website, book a call, or request a quote. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, we collect your first name, mobile number, the topic you pick, and the time you choose. When you submit the quote or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and (where provided) ZIP code, date of birth, the type of coverage you are interested in, your preferred contact time, and any message you send.

Information collected automatically. We may collect your IP address, browser and device details, and general usage data through cookies and analytics tools. We use it to run and improve the site, to measure our ads, and to build lists of past visitors that we may use to show our ads.

How we use your information

• To respond to you and prepare insurance quotes you request.
• To contact you, including by phone call, text message, and email, about insurance products and quotes, consistent with the consent you provide.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website.
• To measure our ads, and to build lists of past visitors that we may use to show them our ads, as described under "Advertising and Google Ads" below.

How we share your information

We never sell your information, and we never give it to lead buyers or data brokers. If you ask us to connect you with another licensed agent, we share only your name, phone number and what you need with the agent you choose, so that agent can contact you about it. Your consent to hear from us does not cover that agent, and that agent's own privacy policy applies. We share limited information with service providers who help run this site, including Google for ad measurement (see Advertising below). We also share what it takes to get you covered with the insurance companies and underwriters you apply to and their authorized representatives. The service providers who run our systems include hosting, email, text messaging, and site analytics providers, such as Google and Microsoft. When you book a call or send a request, the Google tag sends Google your phone number, plus your name and ZIP code if you entered them, so we can measure our ads (see Advertising below). Your phone number and name are scrambled in your browser before they are sent. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number and your opt-in consent to send the messages you agreed to receive, such as quote follow-ups, plan information, and appointment reminders. No mobile opt-in data or SMS consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your opt-in consent only with the text messaging service providers that deliver our messages, and only to the extent needed to deliver them. Separately, when you book a call or send a request, the Google tag scrambles your phone number in your browser, using a one-way SHA-256 hash, before sending it to Google to measure our ads. See "Advertising and Google Ads" below. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Client portal

If you create a client portal account, we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, ZIP code, and a password (stored as a one-way hash). We verify your mobile number with a one-time text code before linking any policy information to your account, so that only you can see your coverage details. Portal accounts show only your own policy information, such as your carrier, policy number, premium, and effective dates. You can close your portal account at any time by contacting us, and we will delete it.

Health-related information

Some coverage requests involve health-related details. Where we collect such information, we use it only to help you obtain quotes and coverage and handle it in accordance with applicable law.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand how the site is used, measure our ads, and build lists of past visitors for our ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, through heatmaps of where people click and scroll and replays of anonymized sessions. Clarity masks the text you type into forms and other sensitive content before it is recorded. It sets cookies and collects your IP address, device and browser details, and site activity. Learn more in Microsoft's Privacy Statement. While you browse, we also keep a record of your IP address, approximate city, device and browser details, the pages you view, and how long you stay, so we can see how the site is being used and measure our ads. We delete your IP address and city from this record after 30 days. If you came from one of our ads or another link we tag, tapped or clicked our phone number, or sent us a request, we keep a separate record of that, including your IP address, device, and approximate city. We keep that record longer, as described under "Data retention and security" below. When you use one of our free tools, we also keep what you entered and the result, including any appeal letter the tool generates, so we can help you with it if you ask and improve the tools.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and which forms are completed. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects your IP address, device and browser details, and site activity. Google Analytics and Google Ads use the same Google tag, so the contact details described under "Advertising and Google Ads" below pass through that tag when you book a call or send a request. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. Advertising and Google Ads

We advertise on Google. Every page of our site loads the Google tag, which Google Ads and Google Analytics share. It sets cookies and tells Google which pages you visit, whether you came from one of our ads, and what you do here, such as picking a call time, booking a call, sending a request, or tapping or clicking our phone number or email address. Google sees the web address of each page, which can show the page's topic, such as dental coverage.

Ad click details. When you arrive from a Google ad or another link we tag, the web address includes a click ID from Google (for Google ads) and the keyword or campaign name. We save these with a record of your visit, including your IP address, device, and approximate city. We also save them with any booking or request you send, and with any tap or click on our phone number, so we know which ad brought you.

Your contact details. When you book a call or send a request, the Google tag scrambles the phone number you entered (and your name, if you entered it) in your browser, using a one-way SHA-256 hash, before sending it to Google. It also sends your ZIP code if you entered it. Your ZIP code and country are not scrambled. Google compares the scrambled code with the same kind of code from Google accounts that were signed in when someone interacted with our ad. This tells us whether one of our ads led to your request. Google may also use the results to improve how it measures and bids on our ads, and to catch spam and fraud. We never send Google your date of birth or your health details. Apart from the details named here, we do not send Google anything you type into our forms. Google does see the web address of the page where you sent your request, and that address can show the kind of coverage the page is about, such as dental coverage.

Calls from our ads. Some of our ads show a call button with a phone number provided by Google. When you call it, Google connects you to us and shares call details with us, such as the time and length of the call, whether it connected, and your area code. For calls longer than 15 seconds, Google may also share your phone number. Tapping or clicking a phone number on our website is different: the Google tag records the tap or click, not the call.

Ads on other sites. Google keeps lists of browsers that visited our site, sent us a request, or tapped or clicked our phone number. We may use these lists to show our ads to past visitors. Other companies (third-party vendors), including Google, may show our ads on sites across the internet. They use cookies to show ads based on your past visits to our website. We do not use these lists to show ads today.

Your choices. You can turn off personalized ads from Google in Google's Ads Settings. You can opt out of personalized ads from many ad companies at the Network Advertising Initiative or the Digital Advertising Alliance. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. These choices limit ads based on your visits, but they may not stop basic ad measurement. Our site does not respond to Do Not Track signals. Your choices and rights

• You can opt out of marketing calls, texts, and emails at any time. Reply STOP to text messages or use the unsubscribe link in emails.
• You can opt out of personalized ads, as described under "Advertising and Google Ads" above.
• Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. Contact us using the details below to make a request.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version.
